About us

The Car Guys Studio (“The Car Guys”, “we”, “us”), Ruikar Colony, Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. Open Tuesday to Sunday, 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM, closed on Mondays. You can reach us on +91 89284 80501 (call or WhatsApp) or through our Instagram page @the_car_guys01.

Services and prices

The website describes our car washing and detailing services in general terms. We do not publish fixed prices. We give you a quote after we see the vehicle, because the price depends on its size, condition and the work you choose. Please agree the price and the work before we start.

Bookings and timing

Enquiries sent through the website, WhatsApp or phone are not a confirmed booking until we confirm a slot with you. Times are estimates. If you cannot come, please tell us as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Your vehicle

• Please point out existing damage, scratches, loose parts or sensitive areas before the work starts. We may note the vehicle’s condition when you hand it over.
• Please remove valuables and personal belongings. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
• Some problems, such as deep scratches, stains, old paint damage or faded plastics, may not be fully removed. We will tell you what is realistic.

Care and responsibility

We take reasonable care with every vehicle. If you believe something was damaged while it was with us, please tell us before you leave so we can look at it together. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or for indirect losses, and our liability for any claim is limited to the price of the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded.

Results and protection products

Results depend on the vehicle’s condition. Coatings, polishes and similar products need proper aftercare, and how long they last depends on use, weather and washing. We do not promise specific results or durations.

Payment

Payment is made at the studio when the work is finished, using the methods we accept on the day, unless we agree otherwise beforehand.

Reviews and photos on this site

Reviews shown here are added by us from feedback customers send us. Any review labelled “Sample review” is placeholder text, not a customer’s opinion. Some pictures on the site are stock photos or illustrations and are labelled as such. Using the website

• Please use the website lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it, break into its admin area or send spam through the forms.
• The logo, text and design belong to The Car Guys Studio. Please do not copy them without our permission.
• We try to keep the information accurate but cannot guarantee it is always complete or up to date. Opening hours can change, so please call to confirm.
• Links to other sites, such as Instagram, WhatsApp and Google Maps, are for convenience. We are not responsible for what those sites do.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one on this page on the day you book (latest update: 31 October 2026).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
